U.S. Department of Defense Patent Infringement - $8 Billion License Demand

UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT – PATENT INFRINGEMENT NOTICE

Mobile Live-Streaming Selection & Relay System
US 10,205,986 B2  /  US 10,958,961 B2

1. Background on the Patents

I, Gabriel De La Vega Jr., am the inventor and patent owner of U.S. Patents US 10,205,986 B2 and US 10,958,961 B2, which cover a mobile live-streaming video system where:

These claims are implemented today across U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) programs that publicly advertise the same technical features my patents describe.

2. Public Evidence of U.S. Government Use of the Claimed Technology

Claim Patent Concept (Simplified) Public Government / Contractor Evidence
1 Mobile device (soldier handset/body-cam/UAS controller) streams live video in real time to commanders. The U.S. Army’s Nett Warrior system allows leaders at all echelons to see live video in real time from soldier-carried devices and small UAS. Army.mil – “Leaders at all echelons can see the video in real time”
DefenseOne – Nett Warrior device streams real-time drone video
2 Live video selection and redistribution over a network to multiple remote viewers. The Android Tactical Assault Kit / Team Awareness Kit (ATAK/TAK) ecosystem is a DoD-developed system that shares photos, videos, and real-time camera feeds between operators and command elements, enabling collaborative viewing and data layering. Samsung – ATAK shares real-time camera feeds and videos
Google Play – ATAK-CIV lists Full Motion Video (FMV) support
Autonomy Global – TAK developed by DoD for multi-user tactical data sharing
3 Server/intermediary that relays multiple live video feeds to many TAK/ATAK clients. The TAK Server and related products such as Sit(x)® are specifically marketed as cloud-native servers that distribute full-motion video (FMV) streams to large numbers of TAK users in real time. [oai_citation:2‡Department of Homeland Security](https://www.dhs.gov/publication/st-tak?utm_source=chatgpt.com)

DHS – TAK server facilitates exchange of situational-awareness data
Booz Allen – Sit(x) streams FMV to 100 concurrent TAK users
COTAK – tutorial on setting up live FMV streaming through a TAK server
4 Viewer interface that lets commanders choose among multiple live video feeds. JADC2 and related command-and-control demonstrations describe commanders viewing live video feeds from numerous platforms (body-worn cameras, drones, sensors) on a single screen for rapid decision-making. [oai_citation:3‡Blueforce Development Corporation](https://www.blueforcedev.com/2022/11/05/joint-all-domain-command-and-control-jadc2/?utm_source=chatgpt.com)

BlueForce – commanders view live video feeds from numerous platforms
RTI – JADC2 shares ISR data in real time across domains
Government Technology Insider – multiple FMV feeds from soldiers and sUAS to a forward command post
5 Multi-user, real-time access to concurrent live video feeds for shared situational awareness. DoD and its partners describe TAK/JADC2 as enabling many users (leaders, analysts, JTACs, responders) to see the same live video and sensor data at once, creating a shared operational picture. [oai_citation:4‡Autonomy Global -](https://www.autonomyglobal.co/tak-is-the-way/?utm_source=chatgpt.com)

Autonomy Global – TAK shares tactical data among multiple users for shared awareness
AiTech – JADC2 as unified data network for all military branches
CTIC – TAKX provides collaboration across ATAK / iTAK / WinTAK clients

The sources above are official U.S. government or major-contractor publications. They show that U.S. defense systems practice the same technical concepts— mobile devices sending live video, servers relaying the streams, and multiple viewers selecting and watching live feeds—that are claimed in my patents.

3. Indirect Financial Gain to the U.S. Government

These live-streaming and multi-viewer systems create enormous economic value for the U.S. Government:

Conservative modeling of logistics savings, reduced re-tasking, and avoided losses over a five-year period yields a net-present value on the order of tens of billions of dollars in benefit to the Department of Defense. A royalty in the range of 10–30 % of captured value is consistent with standard intellectual-property licensing practice.

License Demand: USD 8,000,000,000

Based on the public evidence that U.S. Government programs implement the core inventions of US 10,205,986 B2 and US 10,958,961 B2, I am seeking a world-wide, fully paid-up license for U.S. Government use of these patents in the amount of $8 billion (eight billion U.S. dollars).

This amount represents roughly 20 % of a conservative “aggressive-case” estimate of realized value and is therefore a modest share of the economic benefit derived from my inventions.

4. Requested Payment Method – Escrow.com

To protect both the United States Government and myself as the patent owner, I request that the $8 billion license payment be handled via Escrow.com, a regulated third-party escrow service.

Escrow.com explains that it “acts as a trusted third-party that collects, holds, and only disburses funds when both the Buyer and Seller are satisfied.” [oai_citation:5‡escrow.com](https://www.escrow.com/learn-more/how-escrow-payments-work/how-escrow-payments-work?utm_source=chatgpt.com)

5. Next Steps

I respectfully request that the appropriate U.S. Government representatives:

  1. Review the public evidence cited above demonstrating government use of my patented technology.
  2. Contact me to finalize a written license agreement covering US 10,205,986 B2 and US 10,958,961 B2.
  3. Open a transaction for $8 billion via Escrow.com to complete the payment in a secure manner.
